Refund policy
At Virastro, every product is carefully prepared and packed with love. Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our candle products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
However, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are always protected. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@virastro.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Please note that slight variations in colour, shape, texture, or finish may occur because our products are handmade. These are not considered faults.
For safety and hygiene reasons, used candles or products that have been burned, damaged after delivery, or handled incorrectly cannot be returned.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the funds to appear in your account.
This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
