At Virastro, we carefully prepare and pack every order to make sure your handmade candles arrive safely and beautifully.
Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During busy periods, product launches, or high-demand seasons, processing times may take slightly longer.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship within Australia. Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Melbourne metro: 2–5 business days
- Victoria regional: 3–7 business days
- Other Australian states: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier delays, public holidays, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
Local Delivery / Pick Up
Local delivery or pick up may be available in selected areas of Melbourne. Availability will depend on location and order details.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email are correct before placing your order. Virastro is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.
Damaged Items During Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@virastro.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the situation and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery times are managed by the shipping provider. However, if your parcel is significantly delayed or missing, please contact us and we will do our best to help investigate the issue.
